We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join our young and growing product business. With operations in the UK and North America, Filament CX and our platform EBM aims to deliver engaging and valuable digital assistant solutions for some of the world’s leading organisations. This is a permanent position working between our offices and from home, reporting to our Managing Director and Co CEOs. This is one of a number of crucial hires to drive the business into its next phase of growth.
We’re looking for someone passionate about being hands-on, rolling up their sleeves and doing the initial work to get the business where it needs to be in this stage of our growth. If you prefer to delegate rather than get stuck in yourself, then this position is probably not right for you.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional to join a busy team in a growing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Enterprise Services and SaaS world (ideally within the financial services, healthcare and retail sectors) and will use this knowledge to understand who to target and how. We’re looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career and will have the passion to focus on new business development and innovative sales strategies, to engage and inspire potential customers.
