We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Technical Delivery Lead to deliver engaging and valuable chatbot solutions for some of the world’s leading commercial brands (HSBC, Tesco), government clients (NHS, local gov) and charities (NSPCC, Versus Arthritis).
We have a market-leading chatbot management platform, EBM, and a differentiating capability in NLP and Machine Learning, pulling in the latest conversational AI technologies via our academic partnerships with the Turing Institute and the Universities of Warwick, Essex and Toronto.
In addition to creating the experiences for new chatbots, you will help us to optimise and maintain high-performance live chatbots, making data-driven enhancements with the power of our analytics suite.
We are looking for a chatbot evangelist who can help us to define benchmarks and best practices for chatbot implementation.
Location: UK based, working from home for now due to pandemic.
